Founding Firm Program
We are onboarding our first ten firms as founding partners at $110 per user per month, a standing discount off the $129 list rate for as long as you stay with us.

You pay for AI only when you use it
Heavy AI and document work is billed by usage, so a five-person firm is not subsidizing a forty-person firm's volume. Each seat comes with monthly allowances, and you only pay beyond them. You set the caps.

Current rates, billed only as used. Postage and carrier fees are passed through at cost plus handling. Rates may be adjusted as real costs are measured; your plan will always show current pricing.

Every seat includes monthly OCR and extraction allowances. Drop in a medical record or a police report and the platform reads it, pulls the data, classifies it, and files it to the right case automatically. Auto-filing is free, and you only pay for scanning beyond your included pages.
Paper to Digital onboarding
Have years of paper files or a back room of bankers boxes? Our backfile conversion service digitizes, OCRs, classifies, and loads your existing records into LegalLogix so your whole history is searchable from day one.
Backfile conversion is scoped and quoted per project based on volume. Ask for a scanning quote.
Pricing questions, answered
What does a firm actually pay?
Two fixed lines, the per-user rate and the $199 firm platform fee, plus usage-based AI, scanning, texting, and mail that you control with caps. Everything except usage is predictable.
Annual or month to month?
The $129 rate is for annual plans. Month to month is $155 per user with 30 days notice to cancel. Annual simply costs less.
How does AI billing work?
You are billed only for AI your team chooses to run, beyond the allowances included with each seat. Auto-filing is free, and you set spend alerts and a hard cap.
Do client-portal users cost extra?
No. Client-portal accounts are free and unlimited. You pay only for staff users such as attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Onboarding and data migration are included, with a dedicated importer for firms coming from Filevine. Backfile paper scanning is quoted separately by volume.
Will my price jump at renewal?
No surprise jumps. Renewal increases on the list rate are capped at 5 percent per year, so your budgeting stays predictable.
Can I get a volume rate?
Yes. Firms of 25 or more users qualify for volume pricing. Contact sales for a quote built around your seat count.
What about my data?
Your data is yours. Export it at any time, with no exit fee. The platform is HIPAA-ready and a BAA is available.
